AppliedAILabs is an online learning platform for AI engineering education. We offer pathways, hands-on labs, documentation, and educational content designed to help you build production AI systems.

3. User Accounts

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans grant access to additional labs, pathways, and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed through our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Refund Policy

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or other users
• Use automated scraping or data extraction tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by AppliedAILabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Code you write while completing labs is yours to keep and use in your portfolio.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., project submissions, profile information), you grant AppliedAILabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppliedAILabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
